What a comparison ? Yes it is , both AVG and Avast! standing the best today as free antivirus and internet security , but still , the user need to know what is the best , i till time used AVG Free Edition , but still , when i saw most of my friends and experts computers , i found Avast! Free Antivirus or Avast! Internet security ( who have an internet connection ) , i wondered and asked them , why you people are using only Avast! antivirus / Internet Security , they said me it is the best and completes the scan at the speed of lightening , it is user friendly , automatic updation of virus definitions and programs daily , and even the update files are also very small in size , and that proved to be one of the great advantage and a full stop for downloading large files containing virus definitions like AVG , i was really stunned of its interface , the user friendliness , the speed and smartness of Avast! , and even when i have gone through the Google Pack , it also suggested the same , then from that time , i uninstalled AVG Free Edition and bought a new Avast! Internet Security , as i am an internet user , if you were not an internet user , i recommend you no need to buy Avast! Internet Security and rather go for the Avast! Free Edition , it is better.
I also found that it has some lakhs of virus definitions and with daily updates , i am very happy , for each updation of the Avast! Internet Security , my pc became more secure.
I also asked them , what about AVG ? , it is the #1 free anti-virus available , and is best rated and downloaded , however very soon i have recognized the drawback of AVG , i am not sure , that all the users will get the same error ! but for me , i have got the General Error! in the AVG update always , and also some of my friends and relatives and also experts , i have also , got into AVG Community forum , to have a solution , they gave mye a solution , to Delete the temporary update files of AVG , and then update , but it didn't , i still cant find out what the real reason behind this , i hope if this problem can be recovered soon , it could be better , again AVG could be my choice , whatever it may be , but now i myself use Avast! Internet Security , as said , if you are not that disgusted of manual downloading of virus definitions and program updates of AVG from the site , then use it , it works good , if you dont want to waste your time , then go for Avast! Free Edition or Avast! Internet Security.
